Luanalani and Mosh, my two favorite models ever, in the same place at the same time. I had no idea this happened! My mind has a difficult time imagining it.

Fantastic diptych. I like how one shot overlaps the other, as if she's standing in front of a poster of herself.

I really like these photos of Mosh.
She's so gorgeous. It must have been a real pleasure to work with her.
Do you think your experience as a model helps you to get better results as a photographer?

Thank you! I'm glad you like these pics of Mosh. She was such a great model and easy to work with.

I definitely think that my experience as a model has helped me with my photography. I need to work a lot on the technical aspects of photography but I think I'm pretty good at working with the models. I can pose them, fix their hair and makeup, style them, etc. I can also tune into how they feel, like if they are starting to get tired or bored. There's definitely room for improvement, but those are some things that I've taken with me from my modeling experience.

I asked because I'm taking my first steps with shooting models. And after my one and only shoot I found out that the interaction is key. And after reading David LeBeck's interview [link] I found out that you have to choose the model taking in consideration lots of details. I understood that the model is the most important piece of the set.
thanks :D

Yes, the model really can make or break the shoot. Good luck with everything!
